Vimala (Lan)sees herself as a truth seeker, has learnt, practiced and instructed yoga since 2006. From inspiration of Udvelananda (Ud), she finished yoga instructor training of Ananda Marga Gurukula in Malaysia in 2007 and completed Advance Yoga Retreat - Yoga therapy training in Swami Vivekananda Yoga University, Bangalore-India in 2013. 
Vimala gains deep inspiration fom Sadhguru, a mystic and vision whose teachings deeply aligned with her own views about yoga. Her passion is to practice Dhamma (Law of Nature) and inspire other to live with Dhamma. She specializes in healing therapies for whom having mental, emotion and physcial difficulty. 

For her, truth goes beyond any script and verbal interpretation, so self study through meditation attain awareness about living better in higher dimension of human being.
Her vision of era where there are mass of awaken beings on earth. Wholeness nature is coming soon.
According to her wellness is mindful way of living, know to take care of physical, mind, emotion & energy body.



Udvelananda (Ud) with over 30 years of learning, practice and teaching Yoga lifestyle, Udvelananda's journey in promoting wellness and peace has taken him to India , Philippines , Korea , Singapore , Malaysia and Vietnam. 
Born in Switzerland, he followed his spiritual masters guidance and came to Vietnam in 1991. Since 2008, Nha Trang provided the ideal environment for his research on human nature and the possibility of peace. 
He believes that by addressing the root causes of disharmony in body, mind, emotions and energy, we can potentially eliminate most of the unnecessary pain and sufferings. Only through this elimination can a deeper connection with the joyful essence of Who we really are be attained resulting in well-being, harmonious relationships and abundance. 
He thinks if more people practiced meditation, the scenario on this planet will drastically change. It is time to wake-up, become your trueself, peaceful and fulfilled.

Yoga session  (90min)
Asana (comfortable Yoga postures) traditionally were practiced by those who wanted to attain spiritual progress through meditation. Likewise, as you perform simplified Yoga poses, poor posture and movement patterns will be identified and addressed. In a systematic way you will learn how to economize the strength of tendons and proportionate muscles activities; facilitate smooth joint movement and blood flow. 
You will  be introduced to observe dynamic life supporting centers called  Marma (Ayurveda),which by will greatly improve the quality and effect of Yoga postures.


Meditation session  (90 min)
Learning meditation is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this “short” and precious life.
Through meditation you can undertake the journey to discover your true nature, thereby find clarity, peace and contentment. which is considered the essence and goal of Yoga.
Who am I ?  The answer to this question comes in beautiful feelings during meditation.
In this session you will be prepared to understand the need for different spiritual practices in human life.The science of meditation and a suitable basic technique  will be systematically introduced.
Practiced regularly, the process of meditation will gradually transform your existential  awareness into  infinite, eternal, blissful consciousness. Attainment of higher mindfulness then helps us to avoid  unnecessary problems and pain due to nconsciousness, ignorance, ego, greed , fear   etc.
Useful personal hints for improving your meditation practice will give you the inspiration to implement this enjoyable and powerful “tool” into your lifestyle.
Modern spiritual lifestyle  (90min)
The main purpose of human existence is to transcend to higher consciousness. That requires a natural and balanced lifestyle which most humans have lost.
This session is designed to help you understand the true spirit of a practical and natural Yoga lifestyle. If you feel there is still something missing in your life, you will be pointed in the direction of answers and solutions . Being more conscious and  aware will help you to enjoy your precious existence even more.
Yoga Healing Therapy session  (90 min)
Yoga Therapy, derived from the ancient Yoga tradition and  Ayurveda system of health care refers to the  application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality and improve attitude
First, the therapist will access your health condition and analyze your lifestyle . Then you will learn specific Yoga postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques  to help improve your health . Cleansing, diet and other elements of natural treatment will provide inspiration to actively participate in restoring sound health and all round well being in your precious life.
